Recognise warning signs
Pause if play interferes with sleep, work, relationships or essential expenses, or if you feel compelled to chase losses.
Never borrow to play
Do not use rent, food, education, medical or borrowed money for casino-style gaming.
Use blocking support
If limits are difficult to maintain, use device or payment controls, request account restrictions and seek local professional help.
